To open a water utility account, you will need to come in to our district office and complete an application.  At the time you complete and sign the application, we will need to see proof of identification and collect a $40 service deposit (refundable upon closing your utility account).

If there will be more than one name on the utility account, both individuals will need to be present to complete the application.

One one-time activation fee of $25 (non-refundable) will be billed to your account and will be due along with your first bill.

 

Frequently asked:  Why do I need to come in to sign up?

A: Federal regulations require that have procedures in place to prevent identity theft, and that includes proof of identification.
